He's definitely skinny for an athlete but he had a leg break that kept him from working out for a few months this year. When I was about 20, I added ~25 lbs in 4 months by increasing my food intake with mainly healthy and protein food and going from minimal weight activity to gym 6 days a week. Kid will bulk up easy if they just get him eating a minimum caloric amount a day and weight room time

It makes me feel old that we have prospects who see sid the kid as someone they grew up watching. It hits different when the guys coming up are younger than you. These kids are super comfortable with the media. Especially cowan wow

The kids drafted this year (for the most part) were born after Sid's debut. Victor Johansson for instance was born 8 days after the 05-06 regular season ended, which was the end of Crosby/Ovechkin's rookie seasons. Morgan Rielly played his first NHL games when the kid was 7.

I think Quillan and Webber will impress people , there is a chance at getting NHL time if there are injuries or if they force the change in pre season. I like the type of players Treliving is going after compared to Dubas who had no clue! Danford as well but in a year or two will be a NHL player for sure.

You have to take in to account, sure Johansson is like 6'1 140 which is concerning but for a guy like Tre who loves big defenseman isn't it kind of weird that of all GM's Tre is the one who picked him? I think the Leafs see something in him and if he could put on some weight woah but I mean I could for sure be wrong here we know very little about the player.

Asking an 18 year old leads fan for their fav childhood leafs memory is kinda mean. Think back to how bad the leafs were when he was 10 and under 1 trip to the playoffs (that ended in a way that still haunts us) and a bunch of 💩. Even since then hasn't been much to hold onto. Is he gonna pick the tavares goal from 2 seasons ago?😂
