European designed MF are just superb, take a look at the new 6600 ore 7600 VT series. Strongest 4 cyl tractor engine on the marked for the 6600, by FAR the best tractor headland management system in the world, with DTM. Best CVT transmission out there. Really nice spool valve arrangement, no clumsy hoses for front linkage. Outstanding ride comfort. Its all most 1 ton lighter than comparable machines. The list just goes on and on.. Only negative thing is the price..

The slightly smaller 5475 has a 6 cylinder, likey a more fair comparison against these competitive machines. 4 cylinders are nice for doing loader work because of their shorter nose. 6 cylinders are better at pulling heavy loads though.

1st you are comparing totally diff classes of tractors. 2nd JD rates the 7530 at 153 pto hp and tested out at 175.8. 3rd he clearly stated that he was comparing pto hp

john deere 7530 engine has 210 horses. I have run the 7530 many times. and I know many who have 7530 and it has never received any injury on the engine. The worst thing here is the New Holland. New Holland is a fucking waste! massey ferguson and john deere tractors are the best here. and the john deere 7530 use almost no fuel!!!

Slightly biased, it depends on what spec of the model you get, that NH t6030 was the bottom of the range delta one and that JD was just the standard one. Also masseys are notoriously unreliable.

Oliver Craner I have several Masseys and all never broke down. I do regular maintenance on schedule always. My dad had several as well he had a TO 35 a Massey 65 and a Massey 130 I still have them in my shed and they start up on a dime !!! Don’t know where you get your info from but maybe your a Ford New Holland salesmen?
