We'll incorporate light hand weights into this total body mat Pilates workout. If you don't have light hand weights, soup cans or water bottles work!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-Light hand weights (I'm using 2lbs)
If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

Whoa! That was way more intense than I thought it would be, especially the first 15 minutes of core. Thank you, Nicole, for an amazing, effective workout. I could feel my smaller muscles being put to work. 😀

Omg this kicked my butt! Definitely exposed some areas I need to work on but I loved the challenge. Looking forward to incorporating more of these videos in my routine!

This is my 3rd or maybe 4th time doing it, but it never gets any easier. Triceps are always on fire as well as my abs. Thank you Nicole for creating and releasing such a great class.

This was an awesome workout! What a great twist on dead bugs and teasers too! The best part is that I am doing this before bed, and I don’t feel wired. My body feels relaxed after all of that work. Thank you, Nicole!

It took me awhile to let go of choosing workouts based on CALORIE burn. This workout was def a burn. But my hips feel much more flexible after. Working smaller muscle groups is actually very challenging.
