Yeah it’s crazy to see way bigger guys mate guard at the gym. Get shakey and insecure. And use power posture. It’s honestly shocking sometimes. Bizare because I just mind my business and focus on my workout. Don’t even look at their girls at all. It’s a sad life without Christ I suppose. He is my security. Not muscles or woman.

It's so weird because if I know a girl is dating someone she is legit invisible to me. Even in interactions with a couple, I only talk to the guy outside of greeting the girl out of pure respect and etiquette, but I can still blatantly see the guy's energy betraying him. Every single time they seem super uncomfortable even if they get all my attention. It's even worse when their girl laughs at something I say when they didn't. Guys should just not workout with their girls anyway. That's gotta be annoying to constantly lower the weights every set, I'm just doing them a favor really.

I've never understood why some girls so blatantly try to get your attention when their boyfriend is around. It could be anywhere.. sitting in front of you on the train, at the bus stop etc. Is it as simple as getting off on making him jealous? are they trying to make me jealous?

I will suggest you to immediately buy some gym equipments and keep them at your home. Your appearance and energy is sooo vulnerable to evil. I can just get a feel of this by looking at your face and oure honest words. Either be with some more people or keep presence to minimum. A few dumbells and resistance bands, squat rack and more later. Pullup bar with a pulley in between to eo lat pull dowsalso works beautifully. In SR they just desperately want to be looked at. Just one micro second look.and BOOM. " HE WAS LOOKING AT ME TOO " OR maybedo running or something. But if outside then be with a buddy/ bro someone else. Going solo needs one to be on Guardall the times. Otherwise do not look anyone in the eyes !!!
