Mourala mach is a sweet water fish though a sea variant is also availabkle. It is a small fish that Bongs love either deep fried or dry curried. This is a prep called bati chochori - which entails this fish being cooked with a thick gravy and veggies. Goes well with steam rice. Happy cooking!

Ingredients -
Mourala Fish/any small fish - 300 gms
Potato wedges - 1 large potato
Chopped tomato - 1 large
Chopped onion - 1 large
Whole green chillies - 5-6
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Mustard paste
1 tbsp black mustard
1 tbsp white mustard
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
