I sweeeear it was in the original episode. I swear to god it was 🤦🏼‍♀️ but i like Maya and Josh more and i HATED the love triangle between Maya, Riley and Lucas. In my opinion, the Riley and Lucas relationship in the show should've been left alone because those 2 were sooo good together ❤

It didn't. I couldn't stand this series but i remember the original airing of this episode (cuz they were going hard with the triangle at this point) and the kiss was *never* in the episode. All he did was hold her cheeks. There's a "moment" and it goes nowhere. He automatically ask her "not to tell Riley".

I like to think that after they all go to college and all that. Maya and Lucas reconnect and they become close and start dating (I feel like their relationship would be awesome if they were older) and I think Riley would be fine because she lost feeing for Lucas very shortly after going to college and started dating either farkle or someone she met along the way of getting to know herself

that’s false 🤣, maya like lucas from the beginning till the end. but she backs down because of her friendship and love for riley. maya like lucas from the jump, but she push riley to be with him because she loves riley in wants her to be happy even if she gets hurt at the end. (even tho riley had everything😭)

The whole her wanting to be Riley plot was so dumb and forced.😭 It also made Riley look rude which is why Rowan felt so disconnected with the character later.

This should have been on freeform and not Disney. It was to preachy for the kids and if it was on a different network it could've had more freedom. The comedy was there and you don't makena show that's a sequel to an iconic 90s/early 2000s show and put it on a network where the demographic has nevever seen the original.
