When Rucas shippers can accept the fact that Maya and Lucas are endgame. Like I wouldn't be surprised if Riley and Lucas go out for a while and things don't work out because he still has feelings for Maya and then he ends up being with Maya. Like it's pretty obvious that Lucaya is endgame. The writers are just too clever

Yasss! Even SmurfVlogz said in his video that Rucas happens in Ski Lodge (i dont know until when they happen) but then Maya realizes that she has feelings for Lucas whether she acts as Riley or not, and I think Lucas realizes he likes Maya more and that he and Riley don't really go well toegther, so they end it and LUCAYA HAPPENNSSS! Don't know if I got this all 100 percent right its been awhile since I saw the video!

And lets not forget, when they are choosing with jelly beans riley is always the first one he say, but he always said an excuse to be Maya, because he didnt wanted to be riley. Oh, and. Lucas couldn't choose between riley and Maya. And then at the ski lodge they made a decision. Because Maya told him to choose riley. It wasn't his own choice.

I haven't seen all of the episodes of GMW but I much prefer Lucas and Maya out of all the couples. Riley and Lucas don't feel genuine and they think they should like each other romantically so they say they do. And Josh and Maya, well, it's not the age difference but the life experience that the age difference creates mentally, emotionally, and physically. There was actually an episode of BMW where Topanga liked Eric and the age difference was the same and it summed how different 3 years can change someone.

I loved it! And can we just talk about the fact that when Riley got bullied and Maya and Riley had the Ice cream fight, Riley runs out, crying, everybody sees that something is really wrong but Lucas asks Maya if she is okay. His "big love" just run away crying but he still cares more about Maya.

I love to ship Joshaya and Rucas, but i think that probably Lucaya is the canon here, i mean think about it, i've watched a lot of series and usually the main couple dont end up together so easily until the last episodes of the final season and Rucas is just so cliché and obvious! and how maya will end up with a character that is not fixed like is the case of Joshua, i could be wrong and it'll hurt bcs i love those two together but yeah Lucaya is unexpected and a better dramatic ending

I feel like, even though Riley and Lucas end up together by the end of the show, they’d probably just date for a while and then break up, because the thing is, they’re just so similar that i don’t see it working out between them. Basically, in my own personal version of the universe, Riley and Lucas break up, and maya and Lucas end up together because i just can’t live without Lucaya being a thing

Omg same I just rewatched that episode last night actually! Was soooooo mad. He insists its because "he cares about her" and I get the 'don't lie to your friends' thing. But real friends DO NOT out each other like that. It's a real shitty move. You let your friend know that you think they're doing the wrong thing FOR THEMSELVES, provide a good solution, and then BACK OFF. Everything would be cleared up in the last season. Maya just gave up on lucas because she may thought that she's not good enough and Riley is the person that makes him happy. But in season 4 they would realize that this is not true and that the only person lucas is thinking about is Maya Hart.

I feel like one of the reasons why Riley let Maya go out with Lucas is because in one episode, they have a mini tiny flashback when Eric says that he and Rachel are still good friends and Jack and her are not (cuz they dated and then broke up) so I think Riley doesn’t want to ever lose Lucas so she doesn’t go out with him, then cannot (obvi) break up with him. This is just a little theory. And I definitely ship Lucaya. Rucus was awkward. Thanks for reading my comment❤️

May I mentioned that Cory had a failed relationship in ski lodge and Rucas either begin at ski lodge or when people pushed them unlike Lucaya that happened because both wants to (and note that Riley and Lucas acknowledge that the perfect relationship began without pressure from other people which is totally Lucaya) I think if the show hadn't been cancelled they would have made it so all of them realized how incompatible Rucas is and then made Lucaya happened and everyone including Riley would be happy :)

mj is so much better than rucas. he made Cory and topanga and amazing love story! he can do so much better than rucas which is why they're together in ski lodge (; then he's gonna come and psych out all of the rucas shippers when Lucaya happens :))) not worried at all

When you realize that in season 1 Farkle ask’s Lucas which one of the girls he was gonna ask out so that he could have the other one. Which means that Lucas also liked maya at the beginning before she *TuRneD inTo riLeY* so then that also means the whole Rucas ship is based off nothing.

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SUGGEST THIS 😭🤌🏽 Or if we could all PLEASE sign a petition making it more Maya's story please 😂🙏🏽 I feel Maya is a more complex character, much less childish than Riley for eg, and witty - which makes her FAR more interesting to watch. Not to mention the chemistry between her and Lucas is UNDENIABLE, there is more passion there yet tender love n care. And they communicate honestly and openly when all jokes are aside. Hence they'd have a really great, healthy, functional and REALISTIC relationship.

Do not get me wrong, I totally ship this to the max since day one, but this is hardly 101 reasons. Some of these are just sentences cut in half. :P But, nonetheless, I'm totally in love. 😍 I absolutely adore number 50, his expression is just so amazing. Great job on making my heart explode. ❤️
