Hello everyone,
Welcome to the channel. In this video we are going to take you to Queens New York to eat some Indonesian food in Sky Cafe. This cafe serves many kind of Indonesian food.
I was confuse and do not know what to order because they had so many delicious of choices. But we began order, fried noodle, Fried Chicken Coconut flavor rice, Oxtail Soup and Pempek / Fish cakes.
All the food we ordered delicious and satisfying.

Take the easy way, take the spoon instead a fork and made your mouth full with all the food's flavour, well mostly indonesian use our bare hand to eat nasi padang😅

I think that Belacan Noodles is kind of variation of Mie Tek Tek in Indonesia. Because, as Indonesian i never heard that name before but it looks like Mie Tek Tek to me. I think they put extra belacan (in Indonesia we called Terasi, which is shrimp paste) to add strong seafood flavoring. But tbh, i'm surprised they could pass health inspection because if you fry a belacan or terasi, the smells of that fermented shrimp would spread like kilometers away..😂😂. We Indonesian used to joke that to disperse crowded white people, we could just fry some terasi and they would run away..🤣🤣. Btw, enjoy Indonesian foods sir..👍

I love how they served Nasi Padang in the banana leave wrap... You chose variety of Indonesian food there. The fried noodle is from Java (but not with Belacan). Oxtail soup is from Jakarta. Nasi Padang is from West Sumatera. Fish cake is from South Sumatera. Please try egg Martabak, sweet Martabak, satay, and fries rice.😊😊
