Hello, thanks for the video, ny question is to use it as par meter must i change the sensor every month, or it is just if i want to monitor ph and ammonia? And for par meter is one life time purchase?

Is the Seneye apart of theApex Ready or Apex Ready+ program by Neptune Systems?

jassimps The Seneye monitor is not Apex ready and does not integrate into the Apex ecosystem but is a wonderful redundancy with the benefit of Ammonia monitoring.

No, the current version is not capable of monitoring salinity or conductivity. Your best option for digital monitoring would be something like the APEX which can monitor salinity and also control equipment based on this monitoring. www.marinedepot.com/search?Query=Salinity#/sort:ss_price:desc

The only thing that could make this any better would be nitrate monitoring. I've been after one for a while now.

Nitrate is impossible to monitor 24/7 accurately due to the chemical structure, probes that can do this require constant expensive calibration and membrane changes.

the reef hobby is expensive, no question so I think you should do a video on a budget reef set up for beginners

Cheapest and proven independent tested accurate against $1000 light meters, and for $199 to know if you are feeding too much or a fish has died and rotting causing an ammonia spike. I personally think $199 is good value?

Its the best value I have come across in the whole hobby! I mean where can you get a par meter for the price alone then all the other things it does which some arent even mentioned. Like alert you if your water level dropped to low plus a power outage! I know that there are meters for those things alone that cost probably almost as much as the seneye and I see no reason to pay the xtra 300 for wifi. I get all my alerts sent to my phone!
