Enjoy this meditative movement session that features a morning qi gong flow on a beach in Malibu. This video footage is from 2019 (I've since updated the voice over and cueing).
This was right around the time when I started to explore mindful and restorative practices like qi gong and tai chi to lower stress, get out of pain, increase energy levels, and develop more awareness with my body and movement.
I recommend this stuff for athletes AND everyday people who want to feel better in their bodies while also prioritizing physical and mental performance.
This session is sneaky, its got a bit of everything...joint mobility, breath, balance, stretching, strength, rhythm and more. One of the many reasons why I love restorative movement sessions.
