100 grams Mustard Greens/Choy Sum/Sawi
200 grams Bean Sprouts
1 packet Firm Bean Curd/Tofu
2 Medium or about 6 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
150 grams Prawns
Sambal Paste
15 grams Dried Chilies
3 Medium Sized Shallots
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Roasted Belacan
Seasoning
1 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Kicap Manis
Sea Salt, to taste
Lime, quartered
