You are so very easy to listen to Derek, which in my book means a lot. I an older man (68) doing long-term work with a _somatic experiencing_ practitioner, which is giving me a precious new life. That I stay in touch with other teachings is no reflection on her. I think we are all walking on much the same path. Thankyou.

Interesting. I’ve taken ayahuasca 3 years ago and only recently started doing IFS and a lot of the themes from back then started coming up. It was almost as though the past three years have been a preparation for what I would find now through IFS. Thank for this video.

By far the best video I’ve seen on IFS. Great to hear talk of nonduality and God, with Sri Aurobindo thrown in to boot! That’s clearly the essence of IFS, and while I get why it’s a bit taboo to discuss openly, I wish that were not the case.
