How to fix neck-pro headrest in a Mercedes-Benz E350 CDI A207 C207 model (also applies to other cars with neck-pro system). Easy to do by yourself and avoid those hefty costs at your local dealer.
Remember to push it down first and then towards the headrest.

I just got rear ended in my 2016 e400 and this happened to me. The body shop told me everything needs to be replaced and sent to the Mercedes dealer to get reprogrammed

If insurance pays for it then sure go ahead :) I didnt see any errors on dashboard and Im sure it would work again as its triggered via the wire probably connected to parking sensors. 👍

Thanks .. mine the plastic broke and the metal is latched. I can glue the plastic part. Your end was short of how release the teeth open so you can you can attached 2013 e550 do you have a video. Thanks

Hi just pop and go. It will work same way next time as it will release the lock again (just like when you connect the battery)

what if i accidentally locked the mechanism without putting the headrest back on, how do i set it off again to start again

Hi, just use the battery to 'trigger' the headrest again and start over

Still trying to fix mine I tried with a triple a battery and then a double a battery and nothing happened so I shall try with a 9volt

Hi, AAA battery is not enough, the system is 12v in car, i thought the 9V wont be enough but luckily it was. Thanks

Mine deployed from a hard bump. But mechanism is locked how do I take the back of the seat off without damaging my car?

Hi not sure how to remove back of the seat probably some clips if there are no screws. Try to release the mechanism first with battery

Theres a button for seat adjustments press down on the head button

@@MCKRides bent the rim , cost $100 to fix, thank you for this video, I was totally confused by what happened at the time. Then I did a lot of research into NeckPro Headrests. Pretty amazing if you ask me.
