The plaintiff says he was previously in a relationship with the defendant. He claims she owes him for a vehicle, so he’s suing. The defendant says she put the car in her name because her ex had bad credit. She claims she had to have it impounded when he missed payments. She’s countersuing for pain and suffering.

Mrs. Soup, this is a perfect example of CHILDREN having children, She took a “risk. a risk is running out on a rainy day without an umbrella, I’m 50+, they were not ready nor knew each other long enough for her to uproot her child, emotionally, mentally, financially and just common sense they both lack. And he has the nerve to have “full custody”. Young people need to stay off “social media” looking for a potential mate. She’s naive and gullible, he was looking for a live-in mate, a financial cushion and basically someone who he can take full advantage of. She should’ve been charged with filling a false report that really could’ve turned bad before it actually turned horrible. One month of “meeting”..not “knowing” each other and look at the end resort, I’ve had thoughts longer than that. At the end of the day, pray fully the children will be covered by the grace of God. They’re busy mating, while the children suffer.

They're tripping if they don't think she's gonna take the quickest easiest route out of there, and all these other people are idiots anyway trying to tell her what to do because it's safer for her kid or whatever. This story was all over the place. Phoenix, Vegas, Georgia, Chicago Kentucky, Texas. What is sad is within all this upheaval and change there are kids involved. They need a steady home and it is reckless behaviour to meet someone and immediately move that person into their lives and then split up again weeks later. Sad for the defendant that she is paying for a car she doesn't have and couldn't drive anyway as she has no licence. What I don't understand is why the plaintiff had someone else drive the car and he bought a new one BEFORE anything happened to the main car. Why did that happen? Sad for the defendant's friend. She drove all the way to Kentucky, was thrown in jail and then murdered. Terrible outcome.

Our own son is 23 years old, and was raised in a home with parents that grew a marriage before they decided to grow him, and there are many others the same. My point is that we have a group of parents that cannot seem to get their acts together to parent responsibly. They expect their children to learn values, morals, heck even basic manners from whom, when they haven't the time because their drama takes precedence? The child becomes school age, and they place the onus on teachers to raise their children for them. Our son's teachers were there for his education, not to raise him with their principles and values, they have their own children to raise. The alternative is the streets, and no need to go into how that turns out!
