They're both liars, hotheads, and embellished their stories. I believe the plaintiff was promised a certain amount and then the defendant tried to screw him. I believe the plaintiff went over to the defendant's home with an altercation in mind and I believe the defendant was aggressive and was in his face/window, giving him the opportunity to tase him. They both behaved poorly. They both have bad attitudes. And they both need to rethink how the conduct business. Side note: The plaintiff was one hundred percent wrong for threatening the defendant's wife. This should have stayed between the men unless she inserted herself somehow.
