Metamucil/Physillium is one of the best kept weight loss secrets. For the first time in my life I have seen the scale going down. For breakfast I pour some blue berries/strawberries, 1 Tablespoon of physillium husk powder, a teaspoon of cinnamon and some water in my high speed blender. I drink this down and it keeps me full until dinner time. At dinner time I am still not that hungry so a large salad is all I need. No hunger pangs, so snacking and the weight comes off.

Every day use in psyllium its ok or not ? I'm really confused because some say it's not good for the intestines or intestinal obstruction

It depends on your bowel movements. People take it 1-3 times daily. Check with your doctor or naturopath

Why do some people say you shouldn't take it every day? And some say it really helps the diet. If I use it for bread rolls that make a gluten free regular and consume from the rolls every day, is it ok through baked goods/breads to consume every day? Not in a glass of water. Or is it still not good to consume it for a long time even if it goes in my buns that I eat every day

​​@@user-tp7hy6un2d most likely people who are complaining about obstruction are not drinking enough water. Fiber is a bulking substance and if you dont drink enough water it will constipate you and with daily use can cause obstruction.
