Hey John, just wanted to first thank you for who you are. You are humble, transparent about everything and willing to help everyone in the comments. You are litterally at the pinnacle of your sport and already a legend, and this didn't get to your head, and that is just admirable - nearly as supernatural as the amount of weight you move at your body weight! One thing I would be interesting to hear from you is the top 3 accessory exercises for the bench in your view?

My favorites are probably Larsen press, close grip and OHP. I’d say pick movements that you enjoy and want to get stronger at.

Would you be up for creating a vid with your full warmups for the different lifts? I hit the gym first thing AM, and it takes me a solid 35-40 minutes to do general warmup, mobility work, and specific warmup before getting to my working weights and feeling safe. I'm mid-40s, so it takes a little extra 🙂 and am always looking for new ideas and tips.

@@MHB30 Damn, and Thor indicated he basically just does a few leg swings. Maybe I'm playing it too safe and being a little precious about it. I could use the extra time in a day if my warmup wasn't so long.

Standard, I don't believe the USPA allows squat bars over 25kg and the Monster bar is 30kg.
