Apart from obv your own App John :-) Which programme would you say is best to try get to a 220kg bench and 300kg deadlift? I know you use to follow 5 3 1 in your early days or is there a better one at this level?

@@user-ps8mv6js8f 5/3/1 is a good program, though I think it’s a bit basic to be getting up to the strength you’re looking for. Templates like that usually cater to a larger audience. You’ll probably need something with a bit more to it, such as a coach, our app, or can even be one of the other apps, like Calgary barbell.

You are amazing John, your crew is also phenomenal. Do you have any tips to increase weight on bench? My PR is 100kg (225lbs) at the moment (17 years old), I hit it like 10 weeks ago and I cant see any progress since then. What should I do? Love from Sweden

I’d watch a lot of top benchers see how they set up and get tight. Try and copy that. Finding a coach or program with higher frequency will help a lot too

If it's close to your elbow it's tendon issues. Look up stretches for it and heat it when stretching. Don't do heavy weight or high reps keep it somewhere in the middle for a week or 2 focus on accessories that are weak and do over head tricep work light weight to get a good stretch on em. Eventually the tendon will heal but rhe biggest mistake to make is to keep pushing through or to stop working it completely. Keep the blood moving around it with what I said and it will expedite the healing process and get stronger than it was. Tendonitus sucks
