This isn't a live tuner like some of those OBD2 plug in systems. This permanently flashes your ECU profile to a different one that you choose or customize. Those other ones basically hijack the ECU and change it while the engine is running, and the stock tune stays if you unplug it. This is much better

It saves it. You don't have to leave it plugged in. It's like flashing motherboard or GPU drivers. Once you do it, it remains until you flash to something else.

@@chukob5 I believe that it's only one at a time. However, let's say that you have a Civic and a CRV. If the Civic is tuned, you can "unlock" it and then use the KTuner on the CRV. I say "unlock" because before you can use KTuner at all, you have to "lock" it to whatever car you want to flash. So you lock it to the Civic, and then it can only be used on that Civic until you unlock it. After it is unlocked, it can be used on any other compatible car/ECU. Note that unlocking it should reset the car to stock settings, meaning that you can't have multiple cars flashed from one KTuner at the same time. Also note that it is locked to whatever car it is being used on; not just the first. It is always locked to whatever car it flashes. It would be nice if you could flash multiple cars simultaneously, but I assume that they do this so that one person doesn't let five of his buddies, for example, use his KTuner so that they don't have to pay.

@@ian.williamson of course. and i have both. But cars from different markets often differ in small details. that's why I'm wondering if it works just as well with vehicles from the european market.

@@Coolgamer400 yeah I’m 99% sure the KTuner only works with Hondas. There’s a list of compatible vehicles in the description and you can check their website maybe.

Sadly, no transmission tuning. Honda ECU tuning doesn't touch the TCU.

I picked up a vcm delete from VCM Muzzler easy to install. And remove for waranty work . Fuel consumption went up a lil but the engine is running so smooth now.

I’ve seen videos where you can do it with ktuner, In the computer software, it was an option you can check or uncheck
