Starting off with a comfortable space, being mindful of your breathing, taking one step at a time. As in life, may we be reminded to notice our own pace, relish our journey -- ranging from smooth roads, detours, u-turns, to occasional bumpy and rocky roads. May we find that courage and stillness are within us.
