Like many people these days, I have struggled with stress, anxiety, and depression. I have found mindfulness meditation to be helpful. Through Dharma Moon and Tibet House I received my meditation teachers training. Here, I would like to offer you an introduction to a guided mindfulness meditation practice that you can do at home. Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of MBSR, has said he wished more Americans meditated. I would agree.
If you find this helpful I would encourage you to read books on how to grow your meditation practice (I will list a few below), explore more online meditation resources, or better yet find a meditation coach or meditation center near you.
