Same . I cried as well. When I just sat down to start this meditation I never thought that it would make me cry at the end. It was amazing and the outcome was totally unexpected because I would have never thought that the moment I open my eyes the first thing I would do is wipe my tears.

I had tears as well. I was feeling so overwhelmed when I started this meditation . I am literally pouring from an empty cup every day….taking care of an older parent, older children, helping to run a business etc… Fantastic meditation..now know what to do…

Crying like crazy over here 😢 ...this pandemic stripped me of my Colorado dreams I worked incredibly hard to achieve and sent me back home to the 1 place I dont want to be. This reminds me of hiking in the Rocky Mountains and even though I am crying, this meditation is so powerful and it makes me feel good knowing this is all temporary and things will be ok eventually and it's ok to let go of the burdens we carry that we have no control over, such as this worldy situation. Thank you so much for creating it. Its my absolute favorite meditation now. Stay safe 💚

I've been listening to this daily for the past 2 weeks and I am beginning to feel like a new person. So much more confident and accepting of who I am. Happier, more relaxed and at times I feel like I'm barely breathing cos my heart rate is so low!

I can't stop the tears streaming down my cheeks and onto my shirt. It seems too good to be true right this minute, but I believe that as I continue on my journey, and remind myself of the changes I can make by listening to these and others in your amazing set of meditations, I can begin to start writing in my new book. I started the morning with the meditation of the Beginners mind. I followed up this afternoon with the meditation for new beginning and habit change. I will pair it with the deep sleep meditation as recommended by Sara. The trilogy for today. I realised how lucky I am by starting on this growth path 25 years ago. I meditated daily, but the guided meditations of Sara are something else. Fortunately I discovered them 10 days ago or perhaps better put KZfaq's algorithms through them my way. Synchronicity at it's best. I also noticed that my back pack was still quite heavy. I'm 73 years old, you let stuff go and you pick stuff up again. New Beginning and Habit Change is like a spring cleaning, to be done on at least a yearly basis 😊.

I’m listening to your meditation in August 2019. This was a really tough year for me - with everything going bad . Career relationships. Nothing was working for me. There was not a sense of calm in my mind . I was overthinking and had lost joy in every aspect of my life. I wanted to do something about it and I came across your channel. Your meditation are really beautiful and have helped me a lot. I was lost in my own mind. You have helped me to take control of my mind again and let me feel free. This meditation is by far the most effective I’ve ever done! I could imagine things so easily and I felt joy and hope, I let go of my doubts and bas habits. I felt like I can do whatever I want! Wow! This was needed very much today! Thank you so much! I’m going to go through the course you’re offering. So much has happened this past year, including trying desperately to recover from a 15 year severe illness (until I found the reason I had become so ill and had implants removed) that killed my teaching career, made me lose almost all my money on medical bills, having a grown, brain traumatized and damaged son who is an addict and has stolen and drained me and my ex-husband of so much money, lost my ex-boyfriend of 25 years whom I thought was still my friend, but has humiliated me, my beloved dog died as soon as I moved into my new home, and I have no help with this home. The good parts are my beautiful 4 year-old granddaughter, my daughter when she’s pleasant to me, my new home with friendly neighbors, the nature around me, and my meditations which remove some of my pain and let me become closer to God and my true self. I’m sorry this was so long, but I just want you to know how this has helped. 🙏💕

i've been throwing myself in a new direction these past couple of months where I don't know where i'm going. I know where I want to go but i don't know where i'm taking myself. recently i've been feeling bogged down and feeling like a frog in my throat with unhealthy attachments from my old self that i'm trying to shake. I know that the only way to keep moving forward is to have a plan. So the past three days I've been wanting to write a schedule for myself, a game plan for where I want to go. I literally picked up a book for this weeks ago. the ending in this vid is literally what I want to do. I want to write a book for my new story and path. Tonight I shall do so!

For 3 days now, I have been doing this meditation. I am super excited to say that I have not had a cigarette since. I feel great and hope this lasts. I will keep meditating daily and work hard to change this bad habit. Thank you Mindful Movement.

So vivid and calming...i actually began to cry when I was about to release my backpack into the stream. Isn't it incredible how attached we can become to our own emotional stuff? It was my first time listening and I'm so grateful to the creators of this beautiful meditation for helping me release some of my burdens and showing me that each new day is like a blank page waiting to be lived freely, like the birds singing in the background. I love these meditations and her voice is so relaxing. But I get sad every time someone says "Everything happens for a reason." Some of us have had truly awful things happen, and personally it's more helpful to believe it just happened rather than there was a master plan that involved such hurt.

One of the best 20 minute meditation sessions I’ve had to date. I love how the nature sounds become clearer right on cue with discarding the backpack and the music grows louder and more optimistic. Nice work on all ends!

Powerful meditation! I just played this twice, back to back, and fell asleep both times! Lol To me, that means my subconscious is being activated before my conscious mind can follow along. I love this meditation and how much it has helped me these past few months. I wish the recording didn't end so abruptly, though. A call or bell to end the meditation, or just a few moments of quiet, would be very helpful, but it's wonderful either way. Thank you 😊

Wow i feel brand new ive been a smoker and i suffer from it having temporal lobe seizures for over 10 years but i found out it was a spiritual thing but i was hooked to weed and negative people...i am loved...this meditation brought tears to my eyes thank you so much i love you

Of all the KZfaq meditations, despite my OCD, despite the hesitation, despite the many failed years and no fruition, this Sunday morning,I chose your meditation which is good, before I sadly fell asleep and deeper into my depression and wasted another precious yet another day in the house, not that I have much choice with this life. How can I manifest a transformed life?

Develop faith in the word of God. Otherwise your be stuck in a cycle of bad habits, through fear. Or you can speed and cleanse up negative spirits/energy in your mind and body by following 'Wim hoff' breathing videos here on You Tube. HARIBOL

You can’t sit still and manifest a life. Manifestation is a combination of deep belief and desire and related inspired action. Action alone will be very slow and not the best course. Belief alone won’t get you very far. Together, they are magic. But if you truly desire a different life, you will have to take action. Even small actions will help you create momentum. Best wishes! ❤

It was a great guided meditation, but felt incomplete. I was completely tuned in, and it suddenly stopped. It would have helped for the meditation to continue saying something like: "grab the book and the pen, and start writing that next chapter (music for a min or 2); then put that in you mr backpack and go to a path where you see parts of that chapter materialised; and keep on walking until you find the room where you're at now, go back to yourself and come back to this present momento knowing that chapter is already written and materialised"

thank you :) I did this meditation and as i was coming to the end, the sun streamed through the window in front of me and warmed my face. it was comforting and felt full of positivity. then I came back to my computer and noticed a new word document had opened up :) an auspicious sign :)

THIS IS THE ONE! I started with the 20 minute guided meditation for being present and I was able to tap into some healing. This meditation made me sob uncontrollably the first time I listened to it. I am doing some deep emotional healing and unpacking negative emotions I have been carrying for decades. Thank you Les for writing it and thank you Sara for a perfect delivery. I feel more hope for myself than ever. You have changed my life.

The only thing in my backpack was my grief. I was hoping to let it go but my husband followed me up the hill, he was holding me back but I forged ahead. When I got to the stream I found it so hard to let go, i didn't want to. My grief keeps me company now he's gone. I'm not ready to let him go even though it's nearly a year since he passed. My book has empty pages and I have no idea how I'm going to fill them without him. I know this sounds like it hasn't helped but it has. It's made me realize that I've been trying to force myself to let him go but I'm not ready and now i know thats ok. Thank you.

This is the second time that in the middle of one of your meditations I have wept. I don't know where it comes from but it is a release. We love this meditation as it provides a clear path to habit changing and positivity. But the music is distracting especially in the first part of the meditation. Your voice is so calming Sara it does not need any music. Any chance or plans to provide it without music? We would be extremely grateful. Thank you. Muriel and Carl 🙏❤
