Then about the last part of the video was just a lil “apology” message for some fans that was asking for her “Headpiece: Missing piece” which is the sun to complete the Philippine Flag🇵🇭 (That’s another story lol. The thing with Ms. PH was she was not able to wear the head dress for her National Costume and people criticized her for doing so without bothering to see the whole picture why she has to do it. Her head dress was too big for her that it kept falling and she even had herself cut and bled from wearing it. Some were quite disappointed because that elegant piece was missing and it didn't get showcased. With or without that head dress, I think she still did well but people seem so hard to please and expected a lot more. She didn't need to apologize but she did, speaks so much of her humility.

Part of the law is that the flag is to be respected and the fact that the original version had a long drapery touching the ground would be in violation, so Miss Philippines scrambled to find a pair of scissors to cut it into its final look even causing her to get cuts on her fingers, as well as eliminating the head piece depicting the sun of the Philippine flag to be certain of not violating any law. Some say that the headpiece was loose, or broken from accidentally dropping while getting ready, that's why she didn't wear it. One commenter reviewed the law and said that while all the components of the flag were in the original costume before it was even altered/modified, it’s arguably not looking like the flag, but simply a costume inspired by the flag - which would not be in any violation. It sounds like they made changes to what they feel would be safe from any violations to be certain. Critics were not happy about the outcome because of the missing head piece that the overall look was missing something, which obviously got to her that’s why she released that video of her crying saying that she was trying her very best.

All the ladies were beautiful. Top 5 : South Africa (surprised me with her gown...looked and looked again. I think her stylist took a risk and boy did it pay off. She looked different, like royalty - suspect we might have a back to back), India, Indonesia, Mexico and Jamaica. Dark horses and impressed me : Dominican Republic, Myanmar and Laos.

Rabiya was in pain during her national costume she cut her finger from her crown that she supposed to wear shes bleeding during her costume walk with blood all over her stockings but manage to walk well.

I am a Filipino, and avid fan of Rabiya, what had happen was she wasn’t able to wear the head piece because it was heavy as well as her wings and whenever she wear the head peace it falls off and another thing was there was an issue interms of philippe Flag Law... that is why she needs to alter her wings.... but I think she was still amazing on the National Cost.
