The first day was difficult because I had given up exercising for about a year, so I completed only 18 minutes out of 44 minutes 🥲 On the second day (today) I completed all the exercises with a lot of difficulty due to the pain in my feet It will be modified in 5 days. I hope to continue these exercises. I really suffer from the problem of non-adherence. I was Toqa from Iraq (Arabic) 🇮🇶❤.

Hello! Janvi this side ..i am 18 year old, i want to loose weight before joining college. Its day 1 and i completed the whole video ☺️ Day 1 ✅ with 10k steps Day 2✅ with 10k steps Day 3 ✅ couldn't complete 10k steps tho Day 4 ✅ with 10k steps Day 5✅ again couldn't complete 10 k steps :( Day 6✅ with 10k steps Day 7✅ with 10 k steps I am so so proud of myself for completing this challenge, i was excited to end this challenge that's why I did my workout early today 😭 i am so eggsited for new challenge now 💅🏻

런지같은 하체운동도 많고, 점프처럼 심박수 올리는 동작도 많네요. 다른 영상과 달리 버피도 있고,평소의 미지쌤 영상과는 약간 다른 느낌,다른 강도네요.정말 살빠질것 같아요😊👍

I really finished this workout in half and then continued again in the afternoon... it's best not to push your endurance and I like the way Mizi does this workout in a relaxed manner I really love it... thanks Mizi🤩❤

I have started doing this workout today and I was totally drenched with sweat in 15 minutes only, exhausted as well, I am mommy of 2 and I want to loose my postpartum weight. I am gonna give this workout a try for a month. I’ll update my results after a month. Hoping for the best!❤

@@binte_hawaaa4088 yes really, but bear in mind that consistency is key. I do Mizi's workouts 2-3 times per week, and some weeks I alternate it with anaerobic exercises like jogging. And also follow nutritional diet.

@@nazishjunaid6281 hello! hahaha to be very honest, I don't follow strict diet plan but just eat normal meals and control the amount of junk/ sweet food. My usual meals start from: 1) Brekkie: A cuppa homemade latte (without sugar) and 2 slices of wholemeal breads (prefer bakery style) or sourdough breads 2) Lunch & Dinner: For each meal, I have a portion of carbs (1/3 of the plate), a portion of protein dish (meat and eggs/tofu; 1/3 of the plate) , and a portion of veggie (1/3 of the plate). Eat 1 fruit everyday too. I will have occasional sweet tooth as well of course, but I try my best to control the frequency of succumbing to desserts xD This may not be the best or the healthiest meals recommended by a nutritionist, but I think it works for me as my BMI is maintained within the normal range (though body fats seem to be a lil higher and muscle mass a lil lower). Still trying to get the motivation to prepare better diet plans and workout plans haha!

This workout kicked my butt! I’m a beginner so this was super difficult for me but I was able to complete it in the end. To anyone else new doing this, please don’t feel bad or afraid to take breaks when you need them or to not go as quickly as Mizi. It’s good to push our bodies but not to overdo it and hurt ourselves. Don’t be impatient. We will get better with time and maybe one day be able to complete this entire video easily. Good luck everyone on your fitness journeys and thank you for the video Mizi!

hey ive done this for 2 months and lost 8 kg thank u so much MIZI!! Keep doing it and finally got my summer body still 10 kg overweight but half way done❤❤If u wonder i have a diet there i eat around 1500 kal a day and is walking to school and stuff daily ish 5k steps a day and then worked out this 40 min a day!!!

Hii everyone I'm 16year old my current weight is 68.65lets see I'll update you after a week will start doing my exercise on-21/7/2024 21/7/2024- today was my first day i did this for only 20min because it was paining so much 😬will try to do full exercise Tomorrow 🙂 22/7/24-i did for 40min today I was very much sweaty but I loved it it was paining but not like the 1st day
