I convinced myself to start this long routine telling myself i will stop at 20, 25 or 30 minutes. But i ended up completing the whole thing. Mizi knows how to persuade us :)😅♥♥♥

I just did this and I love it! It is not that easy at all but I love the clear, effective and slow and methodical workout! So awesome workout!! Please do more of this with weights. The only issue at all is the music. Have some more popular music that you want to do this with. More upbeat songs we know. I want to do this WO alot but can't stand the music.
