If a man is unemployed, has a drug/alcohol problem, is 50 pounds overweight, and is just nasty; then there's very little (if anything) he brings to the table. He will struggle a lot with women. Also if women struggle with getting men to be interested in them, then they should figure out how they can improve so they have better success (or give up entirely).

Seeing a woman in gym working out, doing Yoga ( I used to be a Yoga Instructor) and having photography as hobby, enjoying some kind of self defense skill, reading books about some people who changed the course of history, understanding the inner workings of Power Structure of nation's leadership, military affairs, Law Enforcement affairs, some kind of analyst, multi-lingual (I speak three languages) all these things in woman are super sexy and attractive. I'll start by saying I've been studying Japanese for 983 days straight (Duolingo keeps count, and I've never skipped a day) so I know what it takes to learn a second language; it's a lot of effort, a lot of dedication, there's fun times and there's incredibly hard times, but it's a HUGE sign of intelligence and commitment. Someone who knows two or more languages has shown that they can handle a challenge over the long term, and it also encourages more open minded thought; language is after all merely the expression of the mind. It's not a requirement for me, but just as women find it sexy when a guy speaks a foreign language, us guys can find it charming too!

The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word. Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. So that’s why we aren’t out there. I’m not trying to compare our issues to men’s issues, just explaining from the shy girl perspective why we don’t make any moves or put ourselves out there. It goes against the nature of being shy. Even flirting is something that just makes my blood pressure skyrocket just thinking about. It’s not in our nature any more than it is in a shy guy’s nature. It’s not as bad on the big holidays when the church is extremely crowded because no one will talk to me and ask me about my life lol. Gives me the heebie jeebies lol. There is also a range of how shy someone is. Some people can handle being someone’s center of attention and having to carry a conversation. Others really just lean closer to social anxiety where we really need at least one person in our small friend group to help bolster us and provide a buffer in case there is a lull in conversation that we have no clue how to navigate lol. I also have no clue what the difference is between flirting and giving subtle hints. Especially since I’ve heard that guys don’t get hints. So in my mind a hint has the be obvious flirting or the guy won’t even bat an eye in our direction. Plus if we’re also being honest, when it’s a stranger you don’t know their relationship status, so it’s not just the guy we’re intimidated by, but a girl that we don’t even know exists or not. Some women will laugh to their partner if another girl flirts with him (and he lets the flirting girl down by telling her he’s in a relationship). Other women are really nasty and vindictive when a strange girl flirts with their guy (again, without knowing their relationship status) so they make a point of totally embarrassing or cutting the flirting girl off at the knees when in all probably all it would have taken was a kind decline from the guy. No one is meaner to women than other women, but that’s a whole different convo from the shyness one, but it definitely plays into my social anxieties that just pile onto the natural shyness I already have :)
