At 180 cm, 96 kg, I can flat-foot my R1250 GSA. I made a noob mistake once - I left the electronic suspension on automatic, and when my pillion got off, it rose quickly and caught me by surprise. It tipped over and fell on the crash guard but there was hardly a scratch. I learned my lesson: put the side stand down when the pillion is getting on and off.

Your not too short for this bike! Man you are riding it right? Give it a couple of days and you will quit thinking about it.

it is a 2007, you can spot it because in le left side of the handlebar you just have one button, that's because in 2007 the GSA did not have the esa suspension, it came until the 2008 GSA.

Those crash bars ca-n handle easily the weight. I crashed mine twice and the second crash actual the bike was airborne and landed on the right side.... IT surpsised me.... No damage at the engine.

Yep, they are adventure, you never know if BMW takes you home or will brake t pieces :-)
