FILM DESCRIPTION:
Journalist Eddie Brock is trying to take down Carlton Drake, the notorious and brilliant founder of the Life Foundation. While investigating one of Drake's experiments, Eddie's body merges with the alien Venom -- leaving him with superhuman strength and power. Twisted, dark and fueled by rage, Venom tries to control the new and dangerous abilities that Eddie finds so intoxicating.

The thing I've always wondered about these movies. If you were one of the unlucky people to have your car destroyed in the middle of one of these chases, how would it get paid for or replaced? Would your insurance cover something like an illegal medical company shooting explosives in the streets, while chasing an alien organism?

I actually watched this in theaters with my dad, we had the greatest time of our lives. Such a good film, tho I wish it was rated R for more gore and language, I personally laugh a lot at jokes that have a cursing in them

No, because "we" refers to the symbiote and Eddie Brock, but it was only the symbiote that says "You're welcome."

Being a huge Marvel fan, it was awesome seeing this movie in theaters on my birthday. Sure it may not have been perfect, but I still thought it was an entertaining ride!

@@qman2061 Not really, while it's not healthy you can eadily survive a couple of days without food. Venom requires regular food or else he will just kill you

@@TOONYBOY Right, but nothing says that if you skip a single meal the symbiote will eat you instantly as opposed to slowly consuming you over time alongside your body self-cannabilizing as it would through normal hunger. What that basically means is you as a whole are basically more vulnerable to starvation than usual in exchange for superhuman strength, speed, regeneration, reflexes, and senses. I still think that's a worthy trade-off.🤔

@@thek2despot426 Dude, Eddie nearly died in a single night because he had no food. The day before he ate a lobster and on the same night Eddie almost died he had already eaten someone. Humans survive on 3 meals a day at our healthiest, but can get by on just 2, with 1 meal a day it would take you a while to die if you would even die from that (I think it would be unhealthy, but not deadly). Alternatively Venom had a meal in a day and nearly died before the night was out. From this, we can surmise that you would have to eat at least 3 meals a day and probably more, which would be cool but very expensive. If you can't afford it you would have to eat people and you wouldn't be able to afford choosing between good people and bad people.

1:19 if you look at Eddie’s left or right hand, you can see venom retract himself as the fire was effecting him. That’s because venom hates fire 🔥

That was really cool, how they tried to get the rich guy's specimen back alive by shooting at Eddie and sending exploding drones at him.
