There are hundreds of brand new empty houses in my city. Houses are being built. So you're not exactly right on that part. But you are right in that these homes are not the sizes or places where they are most needed. Voting for the "lesser of two evils" or not voting at all is the way to guarantee the political climate in the U.S. just keeps getting worse. Please, please, if you don't have a preference for Trump or Biden, go vote for one of the third party candidates. They're not going to win. Victory will only happen when Republicans and Democrats understand they can both lose.

Vehicle Lemon Laws should apply to college degrees. If you got sold a useless mode of mobility, under false pretenses, then the University that sold it to you should be on the hook.

They should at least be on the hook for some portion of the loans. If kids can't get a decent job and pay them back then the school will take a hit. If that happens enough then it might teach the school not to flood the market with useless degrees.
