Travis, just watched a few of your videos. Day 1, was brilliant and great to keep it as a record. Since then your form has improved massively and you are on the right path. When I started I used so many bands at once, so the fact that you can do it with just 1 big band is good. Improving by 1% each day is a great way to look at it.

I achieved my first L-sit ring muscle up a few time ago. The key is the consistency and the perseverance. I didn't use loop but I only concentrate on false grip pull up strength, eccentric and transition. This was a personal choice. For Front lever and Back lever I used loop band. I train two times a week with calisthenics skills, other times I do animalflow, weights, Indian clubs, etc

@@Pull_UpsThe main function that the subconscious mind performs is to limit our consciousness so that it does not ruin your physical shell ahead of time. Demonstrate discipline and consistency, use the right motivation (all the girls at the disco will be mine - a very dubious motivator), live in harmony with nature and people, do wise things. And then, gradually, those limitations that are peculiar to most people will be removed, and new opportunities will appear.
