Slow down - it’s a lot harder but much more effective. Focus on clean controlled pull ups rather than momentum muscle ups, you get much more progress in core strength. Keep up the good work buddy.

Inspirational! What bar do you use at home? And what distance is it from the wall and what height are you? Want to get my own set up after watching you but I'm 6'4 so worried a wall mounted bar won't leave me a lot of room for kipping. Keep up the good work!
