There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple design to the different fruit and vegetable.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving design for larger display
Advanced Level - How to carve Rose flower and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit and Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkins.

I used a thai carving knife calls "Kom Kom" you can search online. all the best and thanks :)

You can search on ebay for : thai fruit carving knife Kom Kom with yellow plastic handle - (Kom Kom is the brand of the knife) All the best :)

- I use a fresh gala apple - you can dip in a mixture of salt and water - wear a glove if you have warm hands Thank you :)
