recently the stereo idk why but it turns off when i turn the car on. it worked great all.of a sudden and all the fuses are good, hopefully I can get some help with this, thanks

Thank you for being straight to the point. I had a simmilar issue but none of the fuses were blown. The car's fuse for radio and the fuse on the actual radio were intact. Radio started working after I had removed and put back fuses as well as removing and reconnecting all cables to the back of the radio. (Yeah, I had to diamantle the dashboard and take out the radio)

Hey there! I was wondering if you knew why my GPS started cutting in and out after I changed my battery in my car and it was working just fine I just put a new battery in there and now my GPS keeps turning off and on as I drive pretty much the volume turns off and then it turns on by itself again constantly 90% of the time it's a Jensen GPS so I'm not sure why it stopped working and everything has always worked properly. I just put a new battery in today if you could help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! And I don't have an alternator issue or anything it would just needed a battery and then that started on my GPS

Mine stopped working after a jump start but it turned back on for a second after I needed another jump start didint stay on tho

I have a 09 Cadillac CTS I replaced the battery but the car wouldn't start so I thought it might be my key fob I replaced that battery n nothing so I brought a new key fob n programmed it the car turned on but the radio doesn't turn on n the AC stays on n I can't turn it off.

Happend to me too. Jumpstarted, radio "died". I checked the fuses, they were not blown. After several attempted solutions, I dismantled the dashboard, took the radio out, took the radio's fuse out and popped the same one back in place, disconnected the cables at the back of the radio and reconnected the cables. The radio started working again

Diamantle dashboard, take radio out of the dashboard, check fuses. If not blown, put back fuse in place, disconnect cables at the back of radio, reconnect the cables. That solved the no-radio-after jumpstart problem for me. Hope it works for you too

My Radio is on. I can. Change stations, just the AUDIO button does not work and I have no sound. any advice?

Your audio wires arent hooked up or arent hooked up right on the back of the radio theres aloy of wires plugged in they need to go to the right place or it wont work

same issue. everything on the radio works fine just no sound. I jump started my car and still had sound right after it, only the next day it stopped working. did you fix your sound? as I see you posted a year ago I'm hoping you found the solution to this problem.

You may have a separate amp for your radio. Check your fuses for an audio amplifier.

My car was jump started by a battery pack and the fuses and wiring have been checked by the mechanic . Anything else I can do?

I had a similar issue after jumpstarting. Fuses were not blown. Had to diamantle dashboard, take out radio, remove and put back fuse, remove amd reconnect cables at the back of radio. And radio was back in business

Jumped a car with a dead battery. After, the radio is not working properly, AND the HVAC system is not working with the fan not working at all. Guess it's time to check all fuses?

Fuses ok . Internal problem

Fuses were okay, had to dismantle dashboard to access back of radio. Removed fuse and popped it back in. Disconnected cables at the back of the radio, reconnected the cables and the radio came on. No issues, everything works fine

What if the fuse isnt blown though? I have a 2012 cadilac cts, it has an amazing sound system, but i had to replace the alternator a few months ago and i havent benn able to get my speakers working since! I dont even have blinker clicks! The fuses all look good, the radio is on and seams to work fine even scannif stations but just no sound!! Its drivinf me crazy!
