I absolutely adore the relationship between Nebula and Tony Stark. Nebula has never had that kind of friendly interaction before. She had never had that kind of kindness before and that's why she was so gentle with him and gave him that food. That's such a special, easy to miss thing, but it shows the love that everyone had for the story.

Strange knew the one scenario in which they win. That means he knew that if he told Tony beforehand that he'd need to sacrifice himself to defeat Thanos, Tony would think too much about it and try to find a way to avoid dying but would ultimately fail to beat Thanos in the process. Tony needed to make that choice in the moment with his emotions instead of trying to think his way out of the situation.

Throughout his entire arc, Stark is solving problems. He improves himself and his armor to avoid making mistakes more than once. I think every bit of him went into that final snap of his fingers. It was the ultimate Iron Man moment, where he became a suit of armor for the universe.

I remember being in High School in 2008 seeing Iron Man 1 in theaters, being completely blown away at what I was watching. And then being captivated at this amazing story for the next decade. When Infinity War was announced, I remember telling my brother that if this entire saga ends with Steve having his dance with Peggy, this would be some of the best story telling in cinema history. Then Endgame comes around and I'm sitting in the theater on opening night, in complete shock when I see it ACTUALLY HAPPEN. Watching this movie on the big screen was the greatest experience I've ever had at a movie theater, nothing comes close to the payoff that I received personally as a Steve Rogers fan.

The two moments I called prior to were Cap wielding Mjolnir and reuniting with Peggy. Knowing that Cap wielded it in the comics I felt they'd pay off the AOU tease eventually (and then the Russos being tapped to direct the Avengers movie it became a certainty in my mind) and I knew Peggy was the end goal for him when time travel was being bandied about during the production of IW/Endgame. It makes me happy that Marvel's biggest movie and one of their very best was very much a Captain America movie as much as an Avengers movie, he had the best moments imo.

Most people miss the foreshadowing that Steve wasn't planning on returning. It's right in the line where as Steve is telling Bucky not to do anything stupid while he's gone and Bucky tells him "How can I? You're taking all the stupid with you." That line is both a call back to the 1st Captain America film and foreshadowing that Steve is going to deviate from the plan. The minute Bucky said that I was sure Steve was staying.

Couple of things, after this movie came out, the directors mentioned In an interview that cap was always worthy and could lift the hammer whenever he wanted, he chose not to lift it on purpose in age of ultron because he didn’t want to show off around his colleagues. Also the guy Thor was yelling at during gaming (noob master 69) is not a kid, he’s actually a grown man in his late 20s. He made a cameo in captain America winter soldier, he was the long haired guy with glasses who worked in the computer store where Natasha and cap went while they were running from shield/hydra.

 @Nicholas𖤓 I have to agree with you. In my opinion, it would have been enough for them to be shown as a key part of the fight, battling it out shoulder-to-shoulder with all others for the sake of humankind, of which we all are a part. (And all the alien peoples too, of course.) Instead, that moment felt forced and the message the film's creators were trying to send was undermined because it was so glaringly a message.

a culmination of worth 10 years of groundwork laid down so justifiably and remarkably serves us viewers just right. MCU has been soo soo special and unique and even though people say it's fallen off, lost its touch. I still believe in them for creating another I.W, Endgame level blockbuster cinematic masterpiece in upcoming years🔥🔥 GOD bless marvel god bless tony stark rip

I agree. I think the people saying that can only see things through their own lenses. They want a set path with a set endpoint; they want a goal. What they got instead was open-world storytelling. After Endgame, I think Marvel said "we have a bunch of stories we want to tell," and told them. Personally I have enjoyed all of the offerings. Some more than others, but all of them to a degree to which I'd recommend them to others to watch. That's not to say Marvel hasn't had the odd issue here and there, but it's all been at least a B-grade. Ok, maybe one B-minus. To your point, I have every faith that Kevin Feige is leading all of this somewhere.

True that. Stormbreaker had enchantments that can counteract the stones power. Hence why it was able to cut through the beam of all 6 stones in infinity war. Hopefully going forward with Thor he will start using more of the Odin force and magic to further enhance himself.

Damn... that was the strangest waking up in the middle of the night i've ever had. Left YT running with a playlist of reactions from Colette and at 4AM i am woken up by a strange, but familiar sound. Talking about the clapping at 5:25... I was like WTF is going on here... Then i turn on my monitor, rewind the video and... ohhhh... It's NOT someone having furious sex, it's just applause from Colette...

Natasha sacrificed herself to save her adopted family that took her in (the Avengers) Thor finally becomes his own person, not who his father wanted him to be. Iron Man, the most egotistical of the Avengers, sacrifices himself Steve, the most selfless of the Avengers, finally did something for himself. Everyone came full circle

Not really. They just solved time travel. They sent the time _through_ Scott at first instead of sending Scott _through_ time. Tony even asked if he had become a baby because he knew what they might have done on accident while attempting to move Scott _through_ time
@eltonbosch8863
@eltonbosch8863 Жыл бұрын
@@Heroo01 that's exactly what he said, "fountain of youth" was basically sending time through Scott. It wasn't the goal that time that's why it's considered a failure. But if you really observe, Scott turned like teenage but the mind stays the same, that's basically cheating. Thus, the fountain of youth

44:42 -- when Odin "made" the hammer in the first Thor movie, he used a line similar to "Whoever holds this hammer, if he is worthy, shall have the power of Thor". So it's not actually that big a surprise that Captain America can throw lightning and stuff when he holds the hammer.
