I absolutely love knix!! They have the super absorbency underwear and they can hold a lot. Definitely check those out if you want to try and wear them as is!!

I couldn't for the life of me get the Ziggy to fit behind my pubic bone, I switched to the Nixit and the Lumma unique disc and they both fit perfectly! Definitely don't give up on disc's, they are amazing! P.s I also have an extremely heavy flow

This is so promising to read, especially from a fellow heavy flower. I had my eye on the Nixit at one point, but wasn't sure after my bad experience with the Ziggy. I'll look into trying other discs! Thank you for sharing ❤️

Hi I'm considering the Flex full fit & thanks so much for saying it works for you bc when I got the Saalt pack of 2 the size lg. Freaks me out though I've had 2 full term pregnancy & over the age of 30 so I only use the size small. I don't like the stiffness & firmer texture I guess I should have grabbed the Salt soft instead but there wasn't any. I like how you said Flex is much softer than the Diva 1 bc the Diva cup is even softer than the regular Saalt texture but bc I'm heavy flow & there are days when the Saalt small leaks I'm looking for a larger cup so thank goodness I came across this video, as I'm also Asian & wonder if it's my anatomy that's different, am I using the wrong size? But I also do have a sensitive bladder too & 1 night I did feel the Saalt large after I even managed to stuff it in. I wanted to ask if you've tried the traditional Lily cup size B if so how is it's texture compared to the Flex? Or did you feel any pressure against your bladder at all with the Flex cup? Or you don't have a sensitive bladder? Sorry I keep mentioning Saalt it was the first cup I've used. Thx

Hi 👋🏻 Unfortunately, I haven't tried the Lily cup. Since putting out this video, I've actually sold my full fit Flex cup and swapped it out for the slim fit. I was experiencing discomfort and bladder pressure from the larger fit, as well - especially when working out. I'm a lot more comfortable with the slim fit. If your cups are leaking before you expect them to be full, it does sound like you may have the wrong size. I would recommend measuring your cervix with your finger during the heaviest day of your period to help you find a better fitting cup. After you gather this measurement, Period Nirvana has an excellent, sortable resource chart here: www.periodnirvana.com/menstrual-cup-chart/. The chart contains both the Lily and Flex cups, so this can help you choose a new one if you need it. If you are still experiencing bladder issues, I would recommend looking into a disc instead of a cup to see if that helps! I recently purchased the Cora disc and I plan to try it soon.
