Hopefully in 2024 I can catch my first Australian Bass, Yellow Belly and Mulloway.

Nice nixture for the year, enjoyable viewing. Should inspire more fisho's to take up the sport. Good size Squid from the boat. Good selection and variety. Keep the vidoes comming and more in 24... Tight lines

A good watch relaxing and some good fish 👍 When you got wet on the boat ramp, i could feel that one, but then seen the reel next to you 😢💀. Soon as they cop a salt water splash takes hours to pull apart and service them. With the long rod and squid i find you just walk back a little. Often you can't see the squid being landed but trusting your friends and comunicating helps.

Luckily that reel is magsealed, just a little spray of fresh water afterwards and it is fine.

Nice one mate! Loved the first one on the crank bait! You should use more hard body lures 😉 they’re great fun! And much better hook up rate than plastics!

Yea I actually bought a little setup for it some time ago. If I catch another pinky I might take it to a quieter location to cook and make a wrap.

Humm this year I missed the window for squid but do you think is manageable in UL/BFS?

No because the jigs are too heavy

@@RicardoReview yea there are 1.8 size but this was about 4m and with the current it's a bit too slow so I used 2.5. most people use 3 or 3.5 size

@@yep.fishing I have found some 2 inches that go about 5 grams but they should take ages to go deep near rocks.

@@RicardoReview yea that would be useless here. Too much depth and current. Maybe ok in some areas where it's 1mor you see some near the surface
