Absolutely stunning! Thank you for sharing your town with us. Many years ago, some colleagues and I were lucky enough to attend a conference in San Diego. It is such a beautiful place. Shhh! We skipped out of one of the conferences to hang out and walk on the beach for a few hours, and I am so glad we did that! It is such a great memory. We had a few hours at the beach and the most delicious dinner at a Thai restaurant nearby. So many people are lured into the corporate grind, and in many ways it is a trap. I think that we are fed information about how important college is, etc. Not everyone wants to be, nor needs to be, a CEO. I love that you are open about sharing your jobs because I think that it's vital information. We need to normalize that people can have many jobs or careers in a lifetime, that jobs can be the means to living a simple but very meaningful and full life, that college and a cubicle career aren't for everyone.

Hi from the UK. Many years ago, I heard the term ‘voluntary simplicity’ (from the Duane Elgin era) and read up on it, not easy pre-internet! When I understood what VS encompassed, I got a shock of recognition and a sense of YES, this is what I want. But marriage, mortgage, kids, jobs etc. all took centre stage for a long time. I have been on a minimalism journey for a few years and I’m finding your videos very inspiring. Thank you. Your neighbourhood is very beautiful too.

Wow, what a beautiful area you live in!! Thank you for showing us that! I'm a vegetarian, I was vegan for over 6 years but had to go back to eating eggs and sometimes dairy because I have a severe anaemia and a vegan diet wasn't helping. I still have vegan days once or twice a week though, and enjoy them a lot 😊 And I lost around 10 kgs (ca. 20 pounds) in the last few months by having just fruit for breakfast, big lunch and no dinner or just very little food after 6 pm. Also walking 2 hrs everyday's helping a lot. It'd be nice to have a video of your laundry routine, about how many bed sets you own (gorgeous bedsheets btw 😊) and what detergents/cleaning products you use. Last but not least, I have a degree like you and just like you I prefer jobs which give me freedom & loads of time for myself and my elderly mother too, who I take care of ( I've lived with her for the last 3 yrs as she needs help). Ciao from Italy ❤
