This is exactly how I feel. I’m so fatigued all day long, Sometimes taking up to 2 naps a day and NOTHING helps my body lose weight besides basically starving myself. Getting my thyroid checked, thank you for talking about this!

I have a thyroid condition as well. I can relate to this so much. I was diagnosed at 12 year old with Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, I am now 28. It’s hard to lose weight and keep it off. I’ve been on medication for this since I was 12. Unfortunately, my body just can’t get it together. I take 137MCG. So when you speak about how you know when your levels are off, I feel that in my SOUL! Thank you for your video 🖤🤍

Hey Girl. You got this 👍🏼 💪 🙌🏼 Your journey has been inspiring to me and your progress has been consistent. A little cheat meal and enjoying life's moments with family is ok. The bright side is, you are closer to your goal now than you were. Loving all of the tips and thank you again for sharing your instant pot cooking advice. I have the same 9 in 1 instant pot and I have to say the manual on how to use it wasn't clear, and therefore when I make rice I do it the old fashion way on the stove. I toast my rice too to get the nutty flavor from the rice. Keep sharing these vlogs 😊

Giiirl I had a total thyroidectomy in 2019, my levels were over 3 and 4 😢 I had my whole thyroid AND lymph nodes removed due to thyroid cancer. So scary. Now I have gained so much weight and nothing I do helps. Even my meds are high, I take0.175 mg synthroid now…. I’m also severely anemic and have celiac disease

I’m pregnant with my first and the weight gain aspect can be difficult. I lost weight and was at my ideal weight for about 6 years so it’s hard seeing the scale go up again. It makes me feel better when you said postpartum weight loss will be a lot easier if you’re already at your goal weight. At least I know I’ve been able to lose 45 pounds before and I can do it again. Overall so excited for motherhood!

After being in a calorie deficit for a prolonged time, do you ever feel like your body gets used to it and that the weight loss stops?
@AmyMacedo5 ай бұрын
The weight loss does tend to stall. It’s not recommended to be in a deficit for more than 10-12 weeks for women because it can affect our hormones. I usually do a refeed week every 12 weeks. I’ll share this in upcoming episodes 🙌🏼
