As far as I know in Europe are studies about seed oils . And they are relatively good for us. Of course if it’s not heat up for a deep fried stuff. Here in Europe dieticians and doctors recommend adding like linseed oil to it food . Just as a cold oil .

I have an 18 mth old and at my age its hard to lose weight and even harder to break bad habits and eat healthier. How has your journey been? I have a 16 month old and had such bad postpartum depression. I actually lost weight during pregnancy and right after delivery but I’ve literally gained about 30lbs back 😩. My motivation is so low for being active and I have some pretty crappy habits (love my wine). Just curious how it’s going for you!

Hey with out trying to sound like a know it all, but a dietician that works with cancer patients did say that organic still use pesticides and you are paying more for nothing. You get the same nutritional content as you would with non organic but a lower price tag.

Hey Friend. Thank you for always giving us a chatty, real talk no bs detailed advice, tips and authentic content throughout your journey which helps us. I agree there's no One Size Fits All plan. We all can take from your experience and advice what will work for us but what is key is getting to know what is in the foods we are eating. It may appear healthy, organic or claim it's healthy but the packaging will give you the deets. For me I tend to steer away from certain things altogether like rice and bread. I'd rather add more protein and skip the healthier version of rice or bread. Your meal looked delicious. I skip on broccoli sadly bc I have to consume foods that serve as anti-inflammatory. Girl you are hitting your goal. Getting close 👏🏽👍🏼💪🏽😁

Can I ask you a question? When you first started doing the calorie deficit, were you still hungry? Also,after you did your stomach shrink so it took less ro fill you up? I know sometimes if I don't eat i get full really quick. Other times I can eat breakfast and im starving for lunch! Make it make sence!! What worked the best for you? Like you, I have a sweet tooth also.I like how you did your diet with doing It slow.

Yes! It’s 100% normal to be a little bit hungry on a calorie deficit because you are eating less calories than your body needs to maintain which is why you are a little bit hungry. But this is needed to lose weight because if you ate until you were completely full, then you would be eating maintenance calories which would make you maintain your weight, not lose. However it’s definitely important to eat nutrient dense food because this can make you feel as full as possible and you also shouldn’t be feeling absolutely starving because then you’re likely eating too low of a calorie deficit. But totally normal to be a little bit hungry at the end of the night.

I’m a big fan they typically have a small dose for vitamins you don’t end up getting enough of the vitamin for the specific issues that you have. GIRL, watch out for broccoli! It's considered a "goitrogen" which negatively impacts the thyroid! Definitely do your own research but I know from having hypothyroidism myself that I've had to be mindful of this. I'm sure in small amounts it's not terrible. Just wanted to pass that along.
