It's good that Naomi is learning to keep fighting and win in grind-out match. She's showing better recovery ability now :D

Great match by Osaka. Really turned it around. Also, you put the game point (break point won by Osaka to go 3 - 3, at 2:30) before the 40 - 15 (2:45) while playing 2 - 3 in the second set.

3:42 smart from Naomi to use a dropshot at that time, she really defeated Stevastova at her own game on that point.

I m just happy she doesnt have post slamp slump and her comeons r so cute . She is consistent. Second slam will come soon if not here bcoz of consistency . Congrats Naomi for defeating this tricky opponent . It will help her against variety of opponents. Good performance considering this opponent draws a lot of errors and happy she added drop shots. Now defeat the next one Damn give her night session. It's tough to wake up early here.

Right before the video time of 2:43, second set, the score is 3,2 then it changed to 4,2 but how did it go back to 3,2 again? Is it your video?

It's situations like at 2:35 when the player in you says split step and volley to open court yet Ms.Osaka allows the ball to drop giving Sevastova recovery time. Hey...these other players are morphing at an incredible rate absorbing competitors' strong and weak points and becoming consistent. Always work to be done. Team Osaka has to work on adjusting grips so net play is more a part of the arsenal.

Sevastova ia a dangerous player who possesses powerful weapons like her game sense, variety etc. So it's no brainer dat this match was a close fight
