Welcome to my channel. In today's video we're going to cozy on up and talk about how to bring the warmth and light of the season into your home and life! The holiday season can be pretty stressful so today I'm sharing what I've learned about eliminating some of that stress and enjoying the coziness of this time of the year!

I love the message of this video, and for me Christmas smells like my mom's cookies, i love when she is baking and the house smell like cookies and chocolate. talking about how to make this time of the year less stressfull, think it's important not to make Christmas decorations a competition. the important thing is that you,and your family like your decoration and feel good about it, is not about how good your neighbour did. Personally I love meeting with my friends and making board games and spending time together, and you're right, the most important thing is tranquility and peace, Christmas is, not a race, or a competition.

Gorgeous. Christmas time smells like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves - all those warm spices. Also, sage, rosemary, and thyme take me back to childhood Christmas. So excited to share the moments with our son. He’s almost 13 months. Little crafts, movies with popcorn, decorating the tree, and going to see Christmas lights. ♥️♥️♥️

My son is going to be 16 months old this Christmas and I am so excited to watch him see the lights and the colors! Ugh my heart! Being a mom during the holiday season is the best!

I am obsessed with your content☺️ I am trying so hard to relax and enjoy this season but I have been under a lot of stress. I am 35 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby and while I am over the moon excited to have my baby, I am very overwhelmed because I can’t do much and I feel like I’m not being a good mom. I love your ideas and am going to really try to live in the moment and make it special for my kids. My kids are always so cheerful and just amazing and I’m so cranky and exhausted. I have been doing my best and can’t wait til I have my baby so I can be active again.thank you for your awesome suggestions. I usually am such a happy mom and very cheerful soul but pregnancy really takes it out of me.....

Take a moment (or several) to breathe and reset your mind and enjoy those littles. I always tell my family that ~Nutmeg~ smells like Christmas because I love eggnog soo much. Your family is sweet, your home is beautiful, and your enthusiasm is contagious!🌲🍭🎄 Merry CHRISTmas. I'm also in love with Christmas music. Our kids are older now, DD18 and DS21 but picking out gifts for them is still so much fun. P.S. We do a car ride on Xmas eve to see the lights. The kids have a Polar Express style ticket in their Xmas eve boxes. They wear they’re new Christmas pjs, we take popcorn, cosy blankets and put the Christmas music on. We all love it xx

Cinnamon, peppermint and pine are the scents that remind me of Christmas. Also, my local town puts on a free Christmas tree lighting 🎄 every year and they pass out candles and as everyone sings Christmas carols each candle is lit and passed on and at the end the big town Christmas tree is lit. It's awesome. One of the local churches also put on their annual live drive thru Nativity and telling of the birth of Jesus and they don't charge, it's donation only. I live in a very small town in Ohio, there is always something for everyone's budget to get involved and in holiday spirit. I also reuse Christmas and holiday decor year to year, my mom did it as well when I was growing up and I agree that bringing out the same pieces bring back many memories of previous years

For me Christmas is mangoes, cherries, prawns and swimming pools. I live in Australia which means Christmas is during Summer. Aussies eat a lot of seafood and summery fruits during Christmas to try and beat the heat!

Natalie, I love watching your videos. I do subscribe to both if your channel. I think I’m a lot like you with the way I experience the Christmas season. I also continue to use the same decor every year. The only things I add are a dated ornament and a dated teddy bear and sometimes a new piece of my Christmas. I think I need to spend more time with my extended family. Thanks for sharing the way you experience Christmas. I love the wreath you made. I loved this! Thank you so much for your words 💛 I come from a broken home where I didn’t get a childhood like this, I would love to give my girls a childhood filled with traditions and joy and love. We’re also Christians thanks to my in laws. But since I didn’t grow up with this stuff it’s hard and stressful to try to make everything perfect so seriously thank you for this! Thank you for saying that it doesn’t have to be Pinterest worthy and can be as simple as baking cookies even if it’s not from scratch. I think this is my new favorite video and I haven’t even watched it yet. I listened while driving. I was on my way to get some Christmas things so we can decorate our tree tonight and I’m soooo glad I clicked on the video when I did!! Naomi Scott We don't think that Jesus and Santa are mutually exclusive. We share with them the true story of Saint Nicholas and how he was a God-Honoring man who had compassion for children. And then we tie that in with the more modern cartoonised version of Santa. We teach them that it's fun to pretend about santa (just like they pretend scenarios with their other favorite cartoon characters.) We don't want to have them under the illusion that Santa is actually real but we don't miss out on the magic by throwing the fun of Santa out the window completely. With a little balance and some good 'ol communication we've never had trouble incorporating a healthy amount of Santa into our christmas time! 🎅🏻

I love this video!!! Unfortunately my family is moving into our dream home over the holidays!! We have a 10month old baby boy and we are packing up our house to put on the market and then unpacking into our new home! All happening! This was an exceptionally beautiful video. My Christmas smells like cranberry, cinnamon and pine. I like a combo of defusing oils and burning high quality candles. I also love bringing out my totes and putting up the same decor... but every year I do find myself donating some items I no longer love and bringing in some things to keep it fresh. I feel like this helps me never feel the need to completely change things up.

This was such a great video! I have a 2 and a half year old son and I love getting him involved whether it is cooking or decorating for the house or being creative.
