Thank you! Thank you! So glad you’re not so strict doing carnivore but letting it blend into Ketovore. Spices & condiments have been around for thousands of years, If I can’t have them in moderation with a high protein diet, I won’t be able to stay on it in frustration. People can test them out, if it doesn’t cause skin eruptions, Gastric problems, arthritic pains etc. you can add them back & just watch out for any corn syrup & sugars. Garlic, onions, mushrooms are Immune support.

What information do you have that supports the statement about garlic, onions and mushrooms being immune support? This is the type of roomers that are common. They may be but I like proof not just opinions of people. 🤔🤔🤔😁😁😁😁😁

I'm so happy you are back with food ideas! I just need the ideas! Cause I hadn't eaten for 10 days, I was lost. 😂😂 JK. Right now, I have a chicken on the treager. I have to remember, if something doesn't sound good I'm not hungry. But I'm getting tired of fixing bacon and eggs, which is on repeat. 😊 Thanks from the heart for the food ideas! 😘

I’m in a bit of a “Reset” mode myself. It’s surprising how snacking sneaks back in, especially if I allow the “Keto” treats! The “Meat Based Whole Food” approach is always my best bet. If I need to snack, I need more meat!

Neisha, I really need to reset too. Lately I have gotten off plan. And not just for a day. I have been doing this for weeks. I have been really stressed lately because we had to put my mom in an assisted living and she had been in and out of the hospital in Jackson and then in a nursing home. I currently am struggling with Hashimotos. I was at sprouts a couple days ago (bout to try a vegan diet ) and was recommended to your channel by the check out clears and he said that you had reversed your hashimotos with carnivore diet and found you started with Keto. I’ve been hooked to you and your husband channel since. I lived in Italy for a couple years and never had this problem until I moved back. Hashimotos is such a disheartening disease and I just want my health back so I can think clearly and not feel 80. I relate so much to your story and am begging for help and the right doctors to below me. Would your husband take me as a virtual client? I just want my health back so I can focus on everything else in life. you are two are spirit led and inspiring. Thank you for what you do.

Sometimes I sprinkle a little bit of Lipton‘s dry onion soup mixture over my salmon. Actually I make a little bit of soy sauce and a little bit of lemon juice and a pour that over the salmon. Then I add the dry mixture over that and bake it another way that my brother-in-law showed me was he put mayonnaise over the salmon the whole salmon and I thought that was gonna be horrible. Not too too thick mind you but man is that delicious and keeps the moisture in.. but I love the way you made it to always nice to have more than one way, so it taste different each time

I need to clean my diet back up some as well. I have been having a lot of cheese, skyr/yogurt, barbecued food not meant for me which means BBQ Sauce and Spice Mixes that have garbage in them. Still more or less carnivore but I just need to clean it back up. I can feel that I'm not at my best and also I put on ten pounds. So what I'm going to do is clean my diet for 1 week, 100% carnivore, beef, salt/water and that's it for 1 week. Then I will have a cleaner body to do an extended fast with, makes fasting easier for me personally. I will do a 4 days fast with just water and salt. So overall it will take an honest couple weeks to drop ten pounds of inflammation and excess water weight.

Electrolytes weren't enough with this Texas heat we're having and sweating every day while tending to my poor hot hens. I woke up with a really bad muscle cramp (gastrocnemius muscle) and it was still sore days later. So, I have to take extra potassium and magnesium pills, plus drink "Calm with calcium" at night. I also get a little swelling in my ankles if I do electrolytes too often with the high salt/chloride levels. I have to balance it with more potassium it seems. I do ketovore though some days are more meat heavy, 2 years now.
