Looking good so far and agree with James all hand sizes should be able to easily hold the bottle while it’s full. Another thing would to be very mindful of injection molding or whatever process to create the bottle. Many out there have a great design, but they failed when the bottom was not level, bubbled or it bowed out causing poor balance. Making sure the bottom corners of the bottle will be the right size for the weighted ball so you can get all the soap out and not leave any behind. Dilution markings are always a big plus, but most would prefer chemical first then water.

The head of the design looks amazing… just make sure you add the weighted straw! Such a simple thing so many companies skimp on. I would rather have a thicker plastic, than a clear bottle. The mjjc pro v2 is awesome. People Like the V3 for the clear bottle but I’ve dropped them plenty of times to know that clear bottle won’t last.

I have an MJJC Pro V2 cannon and I think it is as perfect as it gets in terms of functionality. It ticks all the boxes: thick foam, adjustments of spray pattern, wide opening of bottle, doesn't tip, weighted metal ball on pick up tube, doesn't spill liquid when tipped, interchangeable orifices, additional canisters with caps available for purchase. If you could make it look sexy as on your newer renders, have transparent container at similar or lower price, that would be the best product on the market in my eyes.

I love the idea of having ratios already on the bottle. With how slick these soaps are. I would love to see some texture rubber on the cap and maybe on the bottle itself to help get a good grip. Also including a cap for the bottle would be a nice touch. Especially when you don’t use all your product and don’t want it to spill out if the bottle tips over when driving.

James and JC , final product I would like to see a tinted gray bottle generally like design in images here but as you know funtion funtio function as what are we endeavoring for right, FOAM even with soso weak car soaps, all in effort to pour adjust nozzle and forget aboutit and enjoy the experience.

Yes on ratios if you can manage it. I measure everything because I want consistency in the experience and the results.

Thanks for gathering everyone’s ideas I would say non- tip, bottle with sprayer head installed ,milliliter & ounces something like on a product for two-stroke called ratio- rite. Some sort of easy thread top. to avoid cross threading,wide mouth

I already have two foam cannon and love them.. the clear and love them because i could see what I'm doing. I look the smoke black on the screen because we could see what we're doing as detailer mixing chemicals... i definitely wouldn't get two of these (but) if the come in the smoke black keep up the great works James, you listen to your customers 👌🏾

I prefer the first design. The design in this video feels like a "me too" as there are many similar offerings already in market.

Ramping up to buy a whole system and my KZfaq algorithm knows it. Been most impressed with reviews on Griot's Garage BOSS (OG just picked this up) and MJJC Pro V2.0 foam cannons but waiting to see production specs on Pro V3.0 (expecting SV3.0 improvements like stainless, quick connect lid, leak proof). With these options, I'm not sure why so many people live & die by small mouth MTM PF22.2? Features you could consider adding to your already impressive list 1) compatible with 28mm thread bottle. 2) metering tips in pick-up ball. 3) include short silicone tube for included wide base (easy to hold) bottle AND longer tube for taller bottles (likely 28mm). Fyi, haven't found anyone doing #3. I think this package of features would provide option of not having to dilute some products at all, just a quick bottle change. Mostly to provide easy expansion into multi liquid process. However, would still want regular widemouth bottle (your dilution indicators are a great idea) for primary soap. Love that you're letting viewers behind the curtain on your development process. Great way for you to do cheap product research and end users to get some fantastic products. I'm now eagerly waiting for your foam cannon and Active 2.3 before I buy anything. With your swivel short gun and 15 amp operation, this is shaping up to be an awesome, yet accessible, complete package! All that's left is sourcing a matching yellow hose, or maybe let Matt worry about that :)

Like products The new drawing design 👎 need something comparable to a Frankenstein design between the heavy hitters but at a lower cost point Like mjjc 2.0,mjjc 3.0v,griots garage boss,MTM -definitely a wider base at mouth but I would say ultimately a go to would be - bottle like the mjjc or mtm pf22 with wide mouth with cap design similar to mjjc 3.0v with adjustable like mtm pf22 and definitely a tube with weighted ball and foam ability of a mjjc and all that combined ya have ultimate foam cannon

On the ratios: I think most put in soap first so one panel of the tri pod bottle is dedicated to soap measurements 1/8 and 1/4 cup measurements(metric also I'm in the US obviously) for most popular ratios bigger fonts for those and then regular fonts for the measurements all the way up..(see 2 stroke gas mixing bottles) for examples.. Really once you have the soap then most will fill the rest with DI water to the top...So I would figure your ratios to fit the bottle volume...Example I use MTM model...I know if I use 1/4 cup of soap and fill the rest with water that I get great foam..and that will be different with each soap..trial and error anytime you change soaps. Well your container is gonna be larger so 1/4 cup will be the same but if I just fill up the rest you got more water..

Not sure about everyone else, but I usually just eyeball my soap. Not sure how important it would be to have ratios on the bottle. I would be fine with just ml.

Hey James, whats the likelihood of getting a partial upgrade to the Active 2.0 from my VE52 that is currently being submitted for a warranty claim? Is it possible that instead of getting a replacement VE52, I could put it towards getting the 2.0? Of course I would pay the difference in price, but i was just wondering if that is a possibility at all? Thanks in advance!
