I was just at whole foods yesterday 😩 I found these really clean seaweed snacks, I only bought a few but when I got home and tried it they were so good! I should have bought more, they come in different flavors. 😋 Yes looking forward to a keto chocolate haul 😀

Dude I love Whole Foods. Maybe not for all my groceries but they have the best produce and meat selection in terms of quality and freshness by far at fair prices.

I like this type of video, but if you’re showing keto friendly items, please mention the carb count or pause a few seconds on the nutrition label so I can freeze the video and look at the net carbs Thanks 😊

Yeah these are my favorite vids you do, the grocery hauls. It really helps to give me an idea what to look for. I know this will sound stupid, but I actually struggled with that my first go around with keto last year. I just didn't know what I could and couldn't really eat.

Great video! You helped me lose 25lb since September and I’ve been following you for years. I finish my cut on Christmas and am going to start lean bulking and want to utilize TARGETED KETO! I’d love to see a more in depth video of how to transition or meal plan vid on Targeted keto thanks!
