Makes me smile big when you're together filming. 🤗 Jan made me laugh when she thanked you for mentioning lines and pores! 😄 I am a few years older than you, Jan, but my skin is combination normal to dry like Gemma's. You both caused me to become "addicted" to Cle de Peau Radiant Fluid Foundation Matte. I actually found another #1 foundation and that's the Givenchy Prisme Libre Matte. You save a pretty penny with the Givenchy foundation. I'd love to know what you both think of it. Thanks for the great video. Love the two of you doing these reviews together! 💕

Jan, I am much older than you and I have found using that ct bronzer as an under painting is fantastic…I use cream contour, bronzer and blush then I put whatever base, usually only a tint and it is perfection….

YSL Nu skin tint is fabulous, I’m 66. Doesn’t sit in lines. Decent lasting power. The make up for ever i like as well, good coverage and long lasting. I didn’t have issues with it highlighting pores or lines. Good to get different opinions though.

Using my Nira as you talk about the Nira...left it on vacation once wasn't returned, was without for couple months and noticed a big decline in my underage area. Ordered a replacement and got the results back. Love the Nira.

I LOVE my YSL Nu tinted moisturizer! It works perfectly for me. You’re both lovely and I love your videos together. Your mum looks soooo beautiful in that lovely sweater-look at those big blue eyes!

I totally agree with mom on the HD foundation. It started out looking nice but within a few hours it emphasized all of my texture and lines so I returned it. I also thought it smelled like urine but either it was a bad bottle or I’m nuts because I’ve not heard anyone else say that. Great video really enjoyed it!

Hi Gemma and Jan, so good to see u both giving your opinions on products. Jan, I’m 60 well; until tomorrow and it’s so nice to hear your thoughts as a more mature lady. Hope to see you doing an updated skincare routine as well as applying your own makeup. Gemma; love love all your tutorials and videos. I learn so much about different cosmetics and techniques. Lots of love and prayers to both of you!!!! I can’t wait to see Jans before / after using the NIRA. I thought about purchasing it but am saving to purchase the Nebulyft!!!! First. I love the Makeup Forever foundation. I use one to one and a half pumps, blend in with my fingers and stamp with a damp sponge. It looks natural and lasts all day, wish your Mom would give it another try.

Hi Jan! and Gemma! So glad to see you, Jan.. I have to disagree about the Bobbie Brown corrector stick. My undereyes are really dry. When I use enough concealer to cover the darkness, it looks cakey and awful. With the corrector stick, I can use a thin coat of that and then a thin coat of concealer and it looks much better. The corrector stick is so nice and creamy that the concealer doesn't dry out and look cakey. I love it when you two are together! Always fun.

Hi to you both. I have just bought ordered online the No 7 Hydraluminous foundation that you both say you dislike. I purchased before watching your video as my skin does not seem to like the No 7 Restore and Renew Serum foundation which you have both previously recommended (it makes my skin feel dry, though it looks good, and I find it hard to clean off with my usual cleansers. On the second day of wearing my skin was quite inflamed the following morning). Therefore I thought that with the ‘moisturising’ element in the Hydraluminous foundation it might suit my skin better. I have a similar skin tone to you both so the Calico is a good shade for me. Imagine my disappointment on hearing that you both dislike it. I hope I get on better with it. I will leave a further comment and let you know. Great video as usual though. I am 69 so wonderful to have Mum on the video.

Hey Gemma! So nice to see you here with your mum again! You both look amazing! I need your help with something…….I love to wear during the day a cream colour matt eyeshadow. I always used the No7 calico but since they’ve changed their packaging and called it Cornflower, my local Boots never have it 😡 So, I have been on the hunt for a single eyeshadow in this colour and it has proven extremely difficult as all the shops seem to only have palettes. I need to buy online but want to get the colour right. Do you have any suggestions? Your mums eyeshadow is gorgeous!!! What is it? Love to you both 💕

Hi Gemma, I absolutely love seeing your mum and hearing her views. Since watching the top foundations video, many moons ago, I have used No 7 Hydraluminous and like you have seen a change in it. Perhaps they have kept the same ingredients but varied the quantities, as it seems thinner and appears to emphasise the pores. Either way, I’m back to square one searching for a good foundation for mature skin. Any chance you could do an update on that video at some point?

So interesting. I have fairly normal to dry skin and CT Beautiful Skin was awful for me. It never laid down properly. Even with powder was somewhat tacky and separated. I had to return it. I don’t have the YSL Nu Tint but I have been eyeing it forever. I’m just not sure which shade to get.
