The helmet rule states that a player can "retrieve and replace his helmet properly on his head (with or without his chin strap fastened), within a reasonable period of time," and that " It is reasonable if a player who is making a play on the puck or who is in the vicinity of the puck and engaged in the play at the time his helmet comes off, takes the opportunity to complete the play before either exiting the ice or retrieving and replacing his helmet." Players can pick up their helmets and continue playing if they put it back on and if their helmet falls off with a play happening near to them, the player can finish the play before having to exit the ice or retrieve his helmet.

As a beer league goalie I have two guidelines when it comes to your teammates: - always trust your defenders, you need them to cover nasty backdoor passes - never EVER trust your defenders, who knows what they'll do with the puck if they get it, if they get a panic attack they might even try passing it to you!

How is Rasmus Ristolainen basically helping the Bruins score 2 goals not on here? Especially since his goalie was making his NHL debut, he almost caused them to completely blow a 5-1 lead. The first one wasn't a huge dang-it, tried smacking the puck away, which changed where the puck was going & went it, but the 2nd one was awful, it was literally like he was a Bruins player & was trying to score
