Sometimes the old ferrules can collapse and the fragments need to be shaken out of the down tube or out of the seat tube .

The rivets can still move even after using the rivet gun -:only method . If the rivet gun is preferable , also use araldyte to give added resistance against creep when the cap screws are tightened .

It was no longer possible to tighten it, as the bolt was turning with the thread, so we had to wash the threads themselves

Glue it in with quick glue. Then drill. Paint the hole with some soft paint to prevent galvanic corrosion in the future.

Try removing the sub-assembly pin and shaking them out, or unscrew the bottom bracket, there is usually a hole on top

Never let anything fall inside the downtube, it will interfer with the crank. Best to use a chisel and colapse the rivet. Also like the other guy said, why did not just tighten it up.

Hai usato il trapano con l'angolare poi svariati attrezzi per la rimozione dell'inserto se posso darti un consiglio si puo usare un frullino ad aria con una fresa per allargare il foro dell'inserto poi mettere un rivetto con la rivettatrice poi usare una pinza autobloccante e ruotare il rivetto una volta fatto questo dopo due/ tre minuti l'inserto sara uscito di qualche millimetro da poter usare la tenaglia a branchie piatte verra fuori facilmente per l'installazione del porta borraccia consiglio di mettere un o. ring tra l'inserto e il portaborraccia poi mettere le viti e stringere ciao alla prossima

Es el diámetro de una rosca interior en el sistema métrico decimal. Las bicicletas suelen utilizar M4 para las fijaciones.

Źle dobrany rozmiar nitonakrętki 😢 skoro musiałeś rozwiercić ramę i koszyk na bidon. Już kilka razy zmieniałem w różnych rowerach i nie musiałem nic rozwiercać 😉

Tam była korozja galwaniczna na styku aluminium stal która zżarła otwór. Szkoda że nie dodał warstwy izolującej w postaci jakiegoś lakieru albo farby.
