Nick is completely right when he speaks on form.. If your goal is to hit a specific rep range (hypertrophy training) then you should develop a baseline and go light and make sure you feel it in the muscle you are intentionally trying to train. Eventually you can increase weight when you develop control and want to challenge yourself as long as you don't get sloppy and lose that feeling in the muscle you're trying to target.

imagine pulling of such a quality backday and the cameraman films you from the front on almost every back exercise, instead of filming the BACK on BACKday :D

Best pure form of any bodybuilder I’ve ever seen. Yates right up there as well. Completely agree, especially when it comes to back. You have to squeeze and really concentrate for the mind muscle connection. Most just throw the weights around while doing back, and that’s why they don’t have one. That machine is secure “humbler” btw lol. Great video!

Nick brought life back into bodybuilding. When the Predator Kai Greene left the sport 2014 bodybuilding died out for a while until Nick came along this year and changed all that!

I rly love the way you control your movements/motions on every set and every excersise. Muscle and not momentum doing the work.
