EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR CLASS:
-Chair/kitchen counter/table (something to put your hands on for support)
Mobility training focuses on moving the joints throughout their entire range of motion. Not only does this type of movement help us feel better as we move throughout our day, but it can help us in other areas of training (strength, agility, cardio, etc.). Being able to move our joints through their entire potential range allows us to preform exercises with proper form and without compensations. TLDR; Mobility training rocks! :)
