1/2 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage Regular
1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Colby Jack
6oz Cream Cheese room temp
1 small Onion diced
1/2 Jalapeno diced
1lb Bacon
2 tbsp BBQ Meat Rub
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
1 box Manicotti Shells uncooked
